She has chosen to build her business around Galveston Island rather than spread it thin across a metro area, because an island this specific rewards someone who knows it street by street.
For more than 25 years she has also run her own interior design and staging firm, handling design for new custom homes along with design and construction management on remodels. On the island that experience does real work: she can look at a 1900s Victorian, a raised beach house or a tired Seawall condominium and tell you what it needs, roughly what that costs, and how long it takes.
Her listing clients get the same advantage in reverse. She offers extensive staging at no additional cost, so a Galveston home is presented the way the out of state buyer already imagines island living, rather than as an empty house with good bones.
